Where to begin... let me start by saying this venue and everyone involved are AMAZING!
I am writing this from a maid of honor point of view from my sisters wedding. Through covid and all the chaos my sister had to move her venue and chose Pemberton Farms. She could not have made a better decision to make her wedding dreams more perfect. The coordinator, Cindee, and the owner, Nicole, are the most kind hearted, truly caring people to work with. They really listened and knew what my sister wanted, and were able to make it come together seamlessly, even with the pouring rain. They know what does/doesn’t work for guests and their venue, making sure weddings go without a hiccup. Arriving to the venue early to start set up was more than doable from their part, and organized amidst all the hustle and bustle. The wedding itself went off without a hitch, and everyone played an active roll all the way through the end of the night and cleanup. Overall, I could not recommend this venue more. Working with such kind people in such a beautiful location that offers many options to suit all, tops the cake! I am very glad my sister had such a wonderful, positive experience for her wedding day, and I certainly wish the best for this amazing group of hard workers at Pemberton!

This venue and the owners were/are AMAZING. We were originally set to have our wedding at another venue until disaster hit just months before our wedding date and we were told to find another venue due to unfortune circumstances. That's when we found Pemberton Farm and Nicole, the owner of the farm, and she took great care of us. We hired Cindee as our Day Of Coordinator who we learned of through the Farm and she was amazing to work with as well. Both Cindee and Nicole were so responsive and were able to put our vision of our wedding into reality. They both were so easy to talk to and everything was able to fall into our budget which was a major plus for us. The work they put in along with the hard work me and my wife put in made for such a special wedding that we hoped for and more. The guest keep talking about how beautiful the venue was under the hangar with the scenic views, string lights and how different it was to other venues in the best way. On top of that, the bridal suite was such a treat and our bridal party was in love with it. We would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Cindee and Nicole! If you have them in consideration to host a wedding or any event, I would highly recommend you pull the trigger on them.

This wedding venue is amazing! Beautiful river and farmland plus the Quonset hut - which is huge! And tastefully done. There are so many amenities here. Nicole has done an fantastic job creating this venue - from the grooms pad to the brides room and the simple yet elegant decor. I provide tables and benches for her events and it is one of our most favorite venues. The are super great to work with and work so hard to make sure your big day is everything you dreamed it would be. Don't hesitate to check out this venue. My boyfriend and I attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. This year we have attended a ton of weddings, but this is the one we can’t stop talking about. The location is beyond stunning. The river, the sunset, the hot air balloons in the background… it was like a movie. We got some amazing photos. We got the pleasure of meeting the owners, James and Nicole, and chatting with them for a little while toward the end of the evening. They were so sweet and kind, and are such hardworking people. They told us this is their first year doing weddings on their farm and I was shocked, they are definitely crushing it! We kept their contact info for our day someday because it was so beyond gorgeous. If you’re looking for a venue for your wedding, I’d highly recommend a tour and meeting the owners, you’ll probably fall in love with the place immediately!

The surrounding acreage features the Snohomish River, event lawns, large pond, our friendly cows, and a 47 acre green hay field that add to the ambiance of your outdoor wedding.
